By accessing and using the services of My Beauty Space, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
My Beauty Space provides beauty and nail salon services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and related beauty treatments at our location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by phone. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
4. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from My Beauty Space for appointment confirmations, reminders, and related service communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
6. Health and Safety
You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment. We maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, but we cannot guarantee results or assume liability for adverse reactions.
7. Limitation of Liability
My Beauty Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
