1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of My Beauty Space, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

My Beauty Space provides beauty salon services at our location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Our offerings include, without limitation:

• Nail services, including manicures (such as Ukrainian and Japanese manicure), dry and paramedical pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art
• Brow and lash services, including brow shaping, tinting, and lamination, and keratin lash lift and tint
• Lash extensions, including classic and volume or hybrid sets, fills, add-ons, and removal
• 4/6 hand services (same-visit manicure and pedicure performed by separate technicians)
• Makeup and hairstyle services, including bridal and event makeup and hair styling
• Permanent makeup, including powder brows, lip blush, and permanent eyeliner

The current menu of services is listed on our services page and may change from time to time.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by phone. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from My Beauty Space for appointment confirmations, reminders, and related service communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. A valid card is required to secure appointments and may be charged only in accordance with this policy.

6. Health and Safety

You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment, including those relevant to permanent makeup, paramedical pedicure, and other specialty services. We maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, but we cannot guarantee results or assume liability for adverse reactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Beauty Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
