What to expect

How our nail salon works (what you can expect)

  1. Book online

    Pick a service and a time through our Mangomint booking system. A card holds the chair per studio policy; mention combined nails + beauty services or 4-hand / 6-hand timing if you want everything in one visit.

  2. Arrive for consult + setup

    We use the first minutes for nail condition, shape, length, finish, and wear you need from this set. If you arrive with gel from elsewhere, we plan a soak-off before prep;not scraping over old product. Reference photos welcome.

  3. Your service

    One technician per chair unless you booked combined services for faster turnover. Dry cuticle refinement, thin gel layers, extensions, or European callus work as booked;most full appointments run 60–120 minutes depending on prep and removal.

  4. Aftercare + rebook window

    You leave with cuticle oil guidance, gloves for cleaning, and a realistic rebook suggestion;typically three to four weeks for gel and Shellac, four to six for extensions with a fill. We’d rather adjust the service than overpromise wear.

Sanitation, tools and technique

Three standards we treat as non-negotiable for nail work in Mississauga.

Tool sterilization

All multi-use metal tools are cleaned, ultrasonic-bathed and heat-sterilized between every client. Files, buffers and toe separators that can’t be properly sterilized are single-use and disposed of in front of you;the same workflow on Ukrainian manicure and every other nail service.

Product quality & e-file discipline

Professional-grade gel and Shellac systems, non-acidic primers, and e-file steps performed with appropriate speed, pressure, and bit selection;not aggressive drilling. Brands are chosen for wear time and ingredient transparency, not just price.

Realistic outcomes

We’ll tell you what your nails can actually do before we start. Gel and Shellac typically wear cleanly for two to three weeks; extensions four to six with a fill. If a service isn’t right for your nail bed, we say so early;not after.
