When foot discomfort becomes something you work around rather than fix, it's time to see a specialist. At My Beauty Space, our paramedical pedicure service is performed by a certified specialist trained in clinical foot care — not a standard nail technician. Every appointment begins with a professional assessment before any tools are used, so treatment is targeted, appropriate, and safe.

Book this serviceThis is not a cosmetic pedicure. It's a non-invasive clinical service designed for clients dealing with specific foot and nail concerns that a regular pedicure cannot and should not address.
Important: Paramedical pedicure is clinical-approach salon foot care performed by a certified specialist. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a physician, podiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Seek medical care for infections, open wounds, or urgent foot problems.
Paramedical pedicure is the right choice if you're experiencing any of the following: cracked or dry, damaged heel skin that hasn't responded to regular moisturising; discolouration or thickening of toenails; fungal toenail symptoms; ingrown toenails causing discomfort; calluses that keep coming back; warts on the foot; diabetes, circulatory challenges, or highly sensitive skin that requires a gentler, safer approach to foot care.
If you're not sure whether your concern falls under paramedical care or a standard pedicure, book a first visit — the assessment at the start of the appointment will clarify everything.
First Visit — The first appointment includes a full professional assessment covering nail condition, skin integrity, and pressure points. Based on what the specialist finds, targeted treatment is carried out within the same appointment. The first visit includes care for fungal toenail symptoms on up to two nails, one mild ingrown toenail, one localised callus, and one wart treatment area. If additional treatment areas are needed — for example multiple ingrown nails, multiple calluses, or a titanium brace — these are discussed during the visit and added at extra cost.
Follow-up Visit — Designed for clients returning for continued care after their first paramedical pedicure. The focus is on monitoring progress, maintaining results, and addressing recurring concerns. Each follow-up includes a professional reassessment and targeted treatment by the same certified specialist.
Important: if more than 3 months pass between appointments, your next visit is assessed and billed as a first visit. Follow-up care depends on continuity — a new assessment and treatment plan will be required.
Diabetic and Sensitive Feet — A dedicated service for clients with diabetes, circulatory challenges, or highly sensitive skin. Treatment is gentle, prevention-focused, and carried out with full awareness of the risks associated with compromised skin and circulation. Safety and comfort are the priority throughout.
Ingrown Toenails — Non-invasive treatment to safely relieve discomfort and address the ingrown edge. Each case is assessed individually before treatment begins. Pricing is based on complexity — mild, moderate, or complex and chronic.
Fungal Toenails (Onychomycosis) — Targeted treatment to restore a healthier nail appearance and prevent further spreading. Severity is assessed at the appointment and pricing reflects the complexity of the case.
Thickened or Curved Toenails (Onychogryphosis) — Safe reduction and reshaping of toenails thickened or curved due to onychogryphosis, trauma, or long-term pressure.
Corns and Calluses — Gentle smoothing and restoration of the affected area to reduce discomfort and improve skin texture. Pricing varies between mild and deep or recurring cases.
Wart Treatment — Targeted treatment for warts on the foot, assessed and treated by our certified specialist.
Cracked Heels — Safe and gentle restoration of cracked or damaged heel skin. Dry and thickened skin is carefully removed, the area is disinfected, and restorative products are applied to support healing. If both heels require treatment, the second area is billed at an additional cost.
Titanium Brace Installation — A corrective treatment that gently lifts and realigns the edges of curved or ingrown toenails using a titanium brace system. The brace reduces pressure, relieves discomfort, and guides the nail toward a healthier growth pattern — without surgical intervention or downtime.
Tamponade Installation — A soft sterile tamponade is placed under the nail edge to lift it, protect the surrounding skin, and reduce inflammation caused by mild ingrown or irritated toenails.
A regular polish add-on is available following your paramedical pedicure, applied at the discretion of the specialist depending on the condition of your toenails. Gel polish is not recommended following paramedical procedures. A fresh pair of socks is provided after every appointment. Complimentary refreshments are included with every visit.
