Permanent eyeliner deposits pigment along the lash line so your eyes look defined every day — without liner application. The result is not a dramatic drawn line but a clean lash-line enhancement that makes your eyes look awake, framed, and intentional without any visible effort.

Book this servicePermanent eyeliner is for clients who want defined eyes without relying on a steady hand every morning. At My Beauty Space we plan shape, thickness, and colour around your eye shape and how bold you want the enhancement to feel — from a subtle lash-line tint to a cleaner, more intentional frame. Fresh liner looks darker and slightly thicker than the healed result because of mild swelling and colour oxidation; both settle as the skin recovers.
Important: Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing service performed by a dedicated specialist. It is not a medical treatment or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Seek medical advice for infections, allergic reactions, or if you have conditions that may affect healing. A consultation screens suitability before any work begins.
Of all permanent makeup procedures, permanent eyeliner is generally considered the easiest to heal. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks, with most aftercare concentrated in the first 10 days.
Days 1–2: Eyeliner appears darker and slightly thicker than the final result due to mild swelling. Eyes may feel sensitive and look a little puffy. You can go about your normal day immediately after the appointment.
Days 3–5: Mild flaking and peeling begins as the skin starts to shed. The colour may appear to lighten. Do not rub or pick at the area.
Days 6–10: Flaking resolves and the colour begins to stabilize. The eyeliner starts to look more like the intended final result.
Weeks 2–6: Colour continues to settle and soften. The final result is visible at around 4–6 weeks. Contact lens wearers should wait 3–5 days before wearing lenses again.
Aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment. Key rules during healing: keep the eye area dry, avoid swimming, saunas, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 10 days, avoid eye makeup and mascara until outer healing is complete, do not rub or touch the treated area, and replace your mascara with a fresh tube when you resume use to avoid bacterial exposure. Sun exposure should be avoided during healing — UV rays can affect pigment and cause colour to shift over time.
A touch-up is a standard part of the permanent eyeliner process. Once fully healed at 4–6 weeks, the touch-up refines the shape and colour and addresses any areas where pigment didn't retain evenly. Touch-up appointments are available at 4–10 weeks and 10 weeks to 1 year for ongoing maintenance.
Results typically last 1–3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle before a refresh is needed.
Permanent eyeliner suits clients who wear liner daily and want to eliminate the time and effort of daily application. It's particularly well suited to clients with unsteady hands, clients with vision changes who find liner application difficult, or anyone who wants their eyes to look defined first thing in the morning without any makeup.
