We work through the style together, confirm the timing and technique, and make sure everything is exactly right before the wedding day. Arrive with clean, dry hair unless we instruct otherwise for a specific style. Wash the night before or the morning of your appointment so hair is freshly cleaned but not dripping wet — most updos and formal styles hold better on clean, dry hair with a little natural texture than on hair washed hours earlier and left greasy, or on hair that is still damp.

If your style needs product already in (for example, a blowout on second-day hair), we'll tell you when you book. Skip heavy oils or leave-in that coat the mid-lengths unless asked — they can make grip and hold harder.

Bridal and complex special-occasion looks should start with a trial. We test placement, volume, and how long the style takes on your hair length and density so wedding-day timing is realistic — not guessed.

On the day, we follow the trial blueprint and your getting-ready schedule. Build in buffer before photos or ceremony; late arrival shortens styling time to protect the next appointment.

Reference photos work best when they show the back and side of the style, not only the front selfie. Include your hair length and density context if the inspiration model has very different hair, and note whether you want soft movement or a firmly set hold.
