Book online and attach or send reference photos ahead of time when you can. Arrive with clean, moisturized skin — no foundation or heavy skincare that needs to be removed on the chair. If you wear contacts, bring cases and solution; if you prefer specific products you already love (e.g. a favourite mascara), mention them when booking so we can plan around them.

Timing depends on the look: nude and evening appointments are scheduled for focused application; bridal trials are longer so we can refine; wedding-day slots are booked around your getting-ready timeline so you leave with enough buffer before photos or ceremony.

We confirm the brief from your references, match shades to your undertone, and build the look in layers so coverage and finish stay balanced in person and on camera.
